McCue, part of Bunzl PLC, headquartered in US, design create and install a full portfolio of safety solutions for retail stores, industrial facilities and everywhere in between.
The Business Development Manager is part of an energetic Sales team proactively targeting different sectors, selling into end users at all business levels of decision making. Ideal candidate should be should be target-focused, result-driven and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of your Industrial Safety territory while building McCue’s Brand.
- Effectively utilize HubSpot to manage daily activity, create quotations and track success.
- Manage and own the sales forecast.
- Win business with new and existing customers utilizing the Miller Heiman Selling Process.
- Complete and deliver presentations to all customers
- Actively promote McCue through marketing tools, Website and catalogues.
- Responsible for the commercial tenders and margins in line with company goals
Core Competencies:
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Possess strong customer focus
- Have an outgoing, energetic and positive “can do” attitude, with the willingness to learn
- Be a self-motivated team player
- Be target driven and results focused
- Be super-organized and process-oriented – the candidate will be efficient, deadline-driven, and keen to remove roadblocks for the sales team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in Excel, Word and using a CRM
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
starting in January 2025
